GTfit Mari Castro (2.23.11)
Today Mari did what I thought was one of her hardest workouts especially come back in GT. Her legs was tested and tormented. Her abs as well was taken to a new level of motivation (even to the point of being light headed). Here were some of her workout videos for today. These are just beginning stages of her growth as a person and as a GT member. She will gain the potential to be who she lets herself become. Only fear of finding out what she is capable of being stops or slows her down. Let’s see if I can break that. Enjoy! What motivates you?
