GTfit 4/28/2011 “Grrrr”
So last night was my session with Rachelle. 930pm sessions are hard because the body is slowing down and mentally you feel drained. She did a lot of low-impact workouts but more importantly we worked out. She did the full workout and even though it was tough to get the energy up she still pulled it together and did my new stability ball core workouts. Rachelle has a weak back and we need to strengthen her core. I hate to see her quit and see her just accepting things. Life hits her hard but she needs to get the f*ck up and fight some more. I think I might do early morning sessions with her just to start her day up. There needs to be a change and I will push until I see it. Things are harder when you accept things even when you think its easy because when there is a need for change. Guess what? your stuck. Accepting the slow motion of progress is better than wondering why your legs can’t move forward to make the first step.
Proud of my wife for really doing the workout even when it was short.
