GTfit Sha “Its Gotta Be the Shoes”
Yesterday Sha did her 1-on-1. As expected she was tired as well. I noticed a pattern now with all my clients with the weather shift and mood changes. It didn’t matter – GT was going to kick her butt and wake her up. Sha did the usual warm up but what she was about to do next make her stomach tight. We did one of my new ab workouts which woke her up. Followed by GTstrike. Today she learned “5” – it was the kick. Sha lost more weight and proud to see her power up as we did more drills. We did some spar session where I had her kick me.. I think she enjoyed the fact she got to kick her coach’s butt.
