GTfit 5/26/2011 “Don’t Throw….”


Dear Team,

So my dear Sha finally hits her first full official month of GT! Her fit test was good.  It showed some changes and it showed some numbers that needs to be worked out.  She has a powerful body but we need to introduce a synergy amongst the small muscles and help push the bigger ones.  We did a nice upper body workout which I might call the Post-Apocalyptic upper body training.  Mixed with power, stability, and mental movements that will break anyone down.  She nearly had to ask for the bucket..twice.  GT is a great workout system developed to reinvigorate the beast in anyone.  It was great and she succeeded in finishing it.  Hope to see her progression more.  Let’s cheer her on!
