6/22/2011 “FAILURE”


Dear Team,

Yesterday Mari requested to be pushed – pushed to run and pushed to evolve.  So Duality session was about that evolution and the conformation that you have what it takes not to quit.  Diet is key now with these type of explosive and fast workouts.  Your sugar levels goes down, your energy goes down, but what I want them to accomplish is a high drive to never quit.  Never be satisfied of the mediocre. 

 I pushed Mari to the point of “nearly” throwing up.  Zeke was there to support and proud of him to do it.  We have to conform to the new standards.  LEVEL 2 GT is not easy… it’s functional but even functional movements are tedious but their efficient.  Failure is when you give up and quit on the move – not when you do it and not finish.  As long as you keep moving you are succeeding in what you do.
