6/24/2011 “ADONIS COMPLEX”


Dear Team,

Friday – a tired and almost half asleep Zeke walks in the camp.  I usually never take it easy on Level 2 clients so today I wasn’t about to change that.  Zeke did POWER HIIT training which meant progressive HIIT movements up to 10-12 intervals.  It was brutal, quick, and it took Friday MMA to a new level.  There were no striking due to my injuries but Zeke did not mind at all.  Beast mode is not the word… he is focus on the change and is willing to push himself.

Check out his workout, it made me sweat just watching it.
