6/25/2011 “LEG WORX”


Dear Team,

Saturday’s session was all about preparing for running 5K to just running period.  We concentrated on core, glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves.  All essential arsenal for any runners.  I tried to really focus on the movements as well as pushing the muscles commonly used during runs to respond to these iso-functional movements.

It was fun!
