Dear GTfitters,

Today I am starting Christine’s blog for her WOD’s.  I am not going much to detail about her since that will be a story we tell after she breaks walls.  Today we pushed her lactic acid threshold.  Almost to the point of throwing up or feeling faint.  A good trainer knows her clients limits and today we tested that.  Christine is strict with her eating and knows the concept of eating to train.  I am proud of her and she has been consistent for 2 weeks now. And yes you can train at home, in the streets, ANYWHERE with my training.  Today we trained indoors and outside.  Don’t ever be limited to the “gym”.  If you cant make it there go train at home.  Ok here we go.
