WOD – Mickel – 12/12/11

Dear GTfitters,

This was my quick 30minute WOD for today.  Power output was there and really working on strength endurance.  The Tabata section was brutal because I added (1) extra round plus the pull ups was a dead hang as oppose to the butterfly pull ups I always do.  You want a heart rate blast during the chilly Sunday? Do this

evolve in 3,2,1…GO!

w/u – JR-6min
sled push – 20 yds (180#)
(5) burpees
sled pulls – 20 yds
35×10 – 6 ROUNDS
dead hang pull ups
rope waves
Chest 2 floor
leg lifts
