WOD – 12/14/2011 (ActiveRest)


GTfitters,

Today was suppose to be an active rest.  I guess this is what they call an active “rest” day.  It as LIFT’ing at its finest.  So ask yourself.  How do you spend your rest days? I felt like LIFT’ing so I did.  I’ll try to rest again tomorrow.
