Chris Murphy has finally evolved to the convinced warrior who can devour her WODs.  Saturday was no exception.  2 regular sections and 1 surprise one.

(25) sandbag upswings
.25 mile run = 1:24 (dec 5 time: 1:39)
(50) floor dips
.25 mile run = 1:26  (dec 5 time: 1:39)
(50) SB squats
.25 mile run = 1:35

5R 6:10
(10) Power slams
(5) power jacks
(10) wall balls

(5) marine hurdles
(2) chin ups (supported)

Proud of her PR’s and she is definitely showing physical changes.  Keep killing it Lady GT warrior!
