WOD – 12 Days Of Christmas – MERRY XMAS


Dear GTfitters,

I bring you the 12 days of Christmas WOD – Is everyone ready? let’s evolve and drop the boomsauce on this!

 

evolve in 3,2,1…GO

W/U:

(100) jumping jacks (dynamic – see A2 for movement)

rest and stretch legs/arms: 3mins

Sing if you want during WOD – but this will be done with the song if you want but the entire 12 movements will be done as one round for

12 FULL ROUNDS – post your pics after.

FOR TIME =

1-power ups on a pair tree!

2-reverse crunch

3-Power Jack

4-Leg Lifts

5-Mountain Climbers

6-Air Squats

7-floor dips

8-squat jumps

9-bent knee crunches

10-Burpees

11-Lunges (front – see A2)

12-chest 2 floor

DONE – Post your times!
