(25) dynamic jumping jacks
(20) chest 2 floor
10 Rounds / FT=
(10) burpees
(10) front lunges
(10) chair dips  – do the easier one first – if it’s too easy do the harder version (Video below)
(10) Thrusters – no weights – use body weight (video below)
(5) Push-up jacks (video below)
