GT Rachelle 1/22/2012

This is how you end a 6day work week! Rachelle’s on the grind and is determined to cut the fat and keep it flat.  She’s been really at GT sessions and doing WOD’s nearly every night and keeping consistent with her eating.  Very proud of her.  Also despite her lower back pain I decided to let her do her first ever ABSALUT redux.
