WOD – RACHELLE 1/25


Proud to be training one of the most resilient, tough females I know.  She has lower back pains and part of her vertebrae that’s supposedly not aligned and looks like an 80 year old’s back, her shoulder pops out of the socket with the wrong turn, her body exhausted from working 6days a week.  You name a possible excuse she will give you a valid one.  But she doesn’t use any of them.  She just does it!

Today her fuel was low but she had jet fuel inside her – the fire was enormous.  She PR’d on both sections.  I see a big change in her confidence and in power.  She’s definitely a GT assassin because she KILLED IT!
