WOD – RACHELLE 2/3


Convincing yourself you can’t only makes it easier to quit.  Assuming everything is easy makes the obstacles and WOD’s less difficult.  Today my wife comes home tired and hungry but guess what – THESE EXCUSES ARE NOT VALID.  She still pushed through and finished what I thought was a more advance WOD.  Her face above shows it all.  BOOMSAUCE!
