GT Class “Butt Out!” 2/8

Today was a nice quiet day.  Cloudy but yet hot.  It was a METCON/S&C day. Nothing but cardio -> speed -> Endurance ->.  We worked on some nice technique as well as a great progression second section.  A lot of people take form for granted over intensity.  I prefer both! It can only be achieved though practice, focus, and patience.  I believe in this and this is what I teach my clients.  FINALLY all FOUR are SQUATTING like assassins, ASS TO GRASS!  If you have no intent of getting a serious injury do not load up on weight but yet get comfy with the technique and then work on the power.  It will come.


Nice olympic bar and plyo box work as well.  Great job team.
