So she took 3days off! So what? I pushed her to do her WOD and instead she pushed herself to do 2 WODs within the same hour. Proud of her toughness and she really wants it. QUITTING IS NOT AN OPTION! I want all members to pay attention. She works literally 9hrs daily – 6days a week, cooks, clean, sleeps only 6hrs a day. AND STILL HAS TIME TO DO WOD’s – What’s your excuse again? Because to me it’s INVALID!
