I won’t say much.  Won’t claim I did this or say I am the reason but I will tell you one thing.  GT principles and WODs work.  He came to me 2months ago with knee injuries and pain and now can box jump 24″ – came to me with lower back pains and can DL 190# and Sled push 340#.  Could not do Pull ups, you name it he had issues but guess what he didnt have, was fear.  Pain FUELED him to be better, stronger, smarter.

Eat CLEAN! TRAIN DIRTY! And see your evolution….

Great job Boz for following my lead and making your own path.

    When it comes to lower back pain. the best thing you can do is have some very light stretching on the affected area and some pain killers..:*’*
