BETA 4 “COL”


WOD named after tough cookie named Colleen.  So with that said I had to test this one out and see if it lived up to the name.  If you do not have dumbells – please do without weights.  Please test out movements first before doing WOD.
 
WHAT YOU WILL NEED?
Towel, pair of dumbells

evolve in 3,2,1….GET TOUGH

w/u

3RDS
(15) Dyn jax
(10) Chest 2 Floor

rest-stretch – triceps, shoulders, back, and quads

FT=

6 RDS
(12) DB Renegade rows w/ Push-up (both arms counts as 1 rep)
(10) DB Push Press (on each arm – 20 total)
(12) DB or weighted SQ Jumps (start with lite weight!)
(3) Burpees
