Today nearly have to the class was all bucket challengers.  I am proud of their max effort.  Its all about consistency and hardwork.  You get out what you put in.  It was a nice and loud.  I hope these newcomers truly embrace that nutrition plays an important role in their evolution.  The class worked their butt off and I am so proud of them
