GT CLASS “BUCK UP!” 3/4

What does it take to do GT? How hard is it to do my movements? Don’t fear what you have not tried at least TWICE. GT pushing you pass your comfort zone and teaches you to EMBRACE THE SUCK – Props to Jennifer for taking on the challenge. She did a MASTERS WOD yesterday one step away from a GRANDMASTER. Very impressive. Look folks if GT was easy it would be called Aerobics. ITS NOT – it’s a metabolic system that’s anaerobic based. Forcing your lactic acid threshold beyond it’s normal rate – your comfort zone feels safe but I you don’t start living until you go beyond this. Also, yesterday was the birth of the SLOTH HOLD!!! YAY!
