BOOMSAUCE TURKEY W/ CHINESE CABBAGE
3lbs of ground turkey
1 head of Chinese cabbage
2 cans of straw mushrooms
5 garlic cloves
Coconut oil or Olive oil
Heat up pan with coconut oil and sautee garlic in pan until lightly brown. Throw in ground turkey. Stir until turkey starts turning brown. Add sea salt, paprika, pepper for taste or as desired (do not over season). Once seasoning is spread evenly throw in cabbage and mushroom. Lower heat just a little until the meat starts to form water base. Keep leave and stir occassionally until the cabbage is softer. Add seasoning as desired but do not overseason. You can always add Srichacha later on.
