Avo-cado


Hey all you cool paleo kids! I just wanted to share my latest food obsession……avocado! I have really enjoyed adding this to just about any meal. I have had half a sliced avocado with one fried egg with a pinch of sea salt or grounded turkey mixed with kale with some sliced avocado. What I found to be just flippin awesome is that either one of these meals can be for breakfast,lunch or dinner. PLUS it’s quick to make. Enjoy!!!photo-1
