Breakfast…..sometimes the first meal of the day literally turns into a meal that has to be consumed FAST! Your gut tells you ehh just skip a meal, but your brain says you gotta eat something paleo friendly. My go-to fix is an almond milk shake. All you need should be in your kitchen already. I really enjoy the combination of banana and kale. Add the following into your blender:
-1 cup of almond milk(vanilla for extra flavor of original is fine also)
-1 banana
-Handful of kale
This shake is filling, nutritious and delicious. What more could you want?  🙂
