The new addiction for the past few weeks of mine has been grounded turkey. This protein can be consumed any time of the day. I’ve had grounded turkey for breakfast with an egg, for lunch with red cabbage and for dinner with spinach and kale. When you think about it just any of the meals that are paleo can be consumed any time of the day. The way I prepare it is with just black pepper. But feel free to add whatever flavoring you like. Isn’t that awesome!!!!
