Mix it up!!!
Instead of the usual eggs with turkey bacon we all tend to eat have you thought about eating something different but don’t know what? Well why not break the habit of limiting your breakfast meals to just eggs. Why not try doing something out of the norm like eating fish or just a different protein as your first meal. When you think about it if you can make a healthy decision for yourself to eat better, to eat clean. Then why not step outside of the eating habits you have already brain washed yourself with? Push yourself to eat salmon or some other protein to start your day off. I promise it will taste just as good because it doesn’t matter what time of day you eat a meal. What matters is the content of your meal. Below is a picture of salmon with kale with hemp hearts that is seasoned with a little bit of lemon juice and sea salt. The other picture is chicken breast seasoned with lemon juice and a pinch of sea salt mixed with shredded yams, sweet peppers and kale.
