Coconut Curry Chicken.


As per request I researched online and found a recipe that consists of chicken and coconut milk. I googled the two ingredients thinking that I want to find a recipe that is quick,not complicated and with simple ingredients that can actually be found in my local supermarket. I stumbled upon exactly what I was looking for. To make coconut curry chicken you will need these ingredients.

Chicken breast tenders
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon green curry paste
1/3 cup chopped cilantro 4-6 lime wedges

The first step to making this dish is whisking the coconut milk,ginger, and curry paste. Them you will add the chicken to the mixture and just let it marinate for about 15 to 20 minutes. After the time has passed cook the chicken on a coconut greased skillet. Once the chicken is completely cooked add the chopped up cilantro and squeeze the lime wedges all over. As a side I accompanied the protein with kale, red cabbage, and some more lime. Bon appetite!
