Boomsauce Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef (93% lean or higher)

1/2 small red onion finely chopped

1 tablespoon horseradish

3/4 cup hemp heart  “breadcrumbs

1/4 cup egg whites

(All measurements are approximate- I often cook on “the fly” so these are my best guess-timates!)

Mix well. I use a scooper to make mini-meatballs because they cook faster and are a great size for a snack.

I baked at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes Enjoy!!
