** POLICY – PLEASE READ **

 FEES/RATES

** Price(s) applies for each person.

 GT SESSIONS:

MAINSITE
$18.00 – Class ** 3-minumum
$40.00 – 1on1 training
$40.00 – Buck Challenge (new assassins)
$35 – Return fee

 $50.00 – SMR (Recovery massage)

 

MEET-UP/AT-HOME VISITS
$35.00 – class – ** two person minimum
$65.00 – 1on1 training
$50.00 – Buck Challenge (assessments)

 SPECIAL PRICING
$25 – class – Two person class (Mainsite only!)
$10 – class – High School student (must be eligible for honor roll program)
$8 – class – College student (must be eligible for honor roll program)

MEMBERSHIP:
There are no membership obligations or fees. You pay as you come. Due to popular demand I can only hold your spot for two months (whether it be injury or financial reasons). Inactive members (2-months or more) will now be required to pay a return fee on their first class to continue training. See above pricing and fees for more info.

LATENESS/CANCELLATIONS:  

DONT BE LATE. Please be mindful of your schedule. I email a calendar reminder to you. If you are late your allocated time will not be stretched out. The time you missed will be your loss. Please be considerate of my other client’s time. If you plan on being late prepare to do the WOD but it might be cut shorter. There will be a 16 burpee penalty if you are 8 minutes late without proper notification.

** Also, LATE.8 RULE has been updated in the mainsite. For those who did not see the sign “LATE 8 MINUTES OR MORE AND YOU DO 16 BURPEES – NO EXCEPTIONS”.

Due to high demand for classes, smr, and 1on1s. You have 24 hrs to notify us to cancel your reservation. Please text me or email me. Unless there is an emergency or death. Please have courtesy and cancel days or 6 hours prior. If you do not cancel 6 hours before you will be responsible for paying $10.00 for your session (1on1, SMR, or Classes). There will be no exceptions. More than 2 strikes will lead to you getting removed from the program.

WHAT I NEED:

ESSENTIALS.

– BRING A TOWEL! ITS GOING TO GET WET!

– Wear comfy clothes that you don’t mind getting dirt, stains, or blood on! Dri-fit or sweatwick.

– OFF bug or mosquito repellent

– Bring Gatorade or electrolyte filled drinks or coconut water.

– KEEP AN OPEN MIND.

– CHECK-IN your EGO outside the door.

I WILL BRING.

– gloves (fully covered-finger working or workout gloves) – MANDATORY

– drink(s) – G2 preferred or coconut water or any drinks with electrolytes

– I SELL GATORADE DRINKS for $1.00 ea.

– yoga mats (if you dont like laying on the grass)

– wear proper clothing but prepare to strip down. Clothes you don’t to get dirty or destroyed.

– Take pollen/dust allergy medicine (make sure none drowsy) prior to coming to GT.

TRAIN DIRTY.

Please make sure you put away all equipment you use after your session. As well as throw away your garbage.

Sessions are upon request – 45 -60+ minutes depending on pain or treatment.

Price(s):

MAINSITE

$50.00 – SMR (foam/bodywrench) – 35-45min

$70.00 – SMR + MASSAGE – 1hr+

AT-HOME VISITS

$65.00 – SMR

$100.00 – SMR + MASSAGE

BUCK CHALLENGE – $35 – 1on1 or CLASS

New buck challengers are required to sign a waiver prior to doing a GTfit Session. Buck challenges will only be on a 1on1 basis training session or a class with all buck challengers only!

Fees are shown above. Both are assessments of your mobility, flexibility, balance, and cardio.
